Junior Computer Hardware & Network Technician

Experience : 0-1 year

Position Summary:

We are looking for a practical and skilled Junior Computer Hardware & Network Technician to join our IT support team, he will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing computer systems, managing peripheral equipment, and ensuring stable network performance across the office. The ideal candidate has a good knowledge for hands-on repairs, a solid understanding of PC components, and the ability to maintain reliable wired and wireless network environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Hardware Repair & Maintenance: Knowledge on Physical repairs on workstations, laptops, monitors, and peripherals (printers, scanners) component level. • Component Replacement: Systematically replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and motherboards to ensure system uptime. • Network Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot basic network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, and Ethernet cabling. • OS & Software Installation: Experience on installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems, drivers, and essential software. • Connectivity Management: Ensure seamless connectivity for users by resolving common network issues (e.g., DNS/IP conflicts, Wi-Fi connectivity, or cable faults). • Asset Management: Keep track of hardware inventory, maintain repair logs, and manage spare parts efficiently.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or degree in any branch • Hardware Skills: Proven ability to open, diagnose, and assemble/disassemble desktop and laptop systems safely. • Networking Knowledge: Foundational understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, Wi-Fi protocols, and basic network troubleshooting.

Skills

Preferred Qualities • Prior experience or internships in a help desk, PC repair, or IT support environment. • Basic knowledge of cable management and standard office network layouts. • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving. • Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed. Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee the civil maintenance and infrastructure integrity of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all industrial sheds & buildings and other infrastructures are maintained to the highest standards of safety, durability, and operational efficiency. He will be responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, managing civil projects, and ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Infrastructure Maintenance: Lead the inspection, maintenance, and repair of all civil infrastructure, including factory floor slabs, steel structures, industrial roofing, drainage systems, and site roadways. • Project Management: Oversee civil construction and renovation projects within the facility, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to engineering specifications. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to structural safety standards, and environmental regulations. • Vendor Management: Manage external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or large-scale civil projects, ensuring quality control and safety compliance during execution. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, structural assessments, and technical documentation.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience, specifically within a manufacturing, heavy industry, or plant maintenance environment.

Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of industrial structural design, infrastructure maintenance, and repair methodologies. • Software Skills: Proficiency in project management tools. • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to diagnose structural issues and develop cost-effective, long-term technical solutions. • Communication: Capable of coordinating effectively with plant maintenance team, and external contractors.
