Electronic Pod Assembly

Payload Structures
The payload structures manufactured are custom built and are of different types based on application.
Deployable Wing Assembly
- The wing assembly is an integral part of the long range aerial munition and aids in increasing the range of strike.
- The deployable wing is pneumatically actuated after release of the aerial munition.
- The assembly is made up of more than 50 components and is completely manufactured in-house.
Fins and Control Surface Assembly
- A variety of fins and control surface assemblies are manufactured by us for different types of munitions.
- Fins are static and aid in aerodynamic glide.
- Control surface assemblies maintains continuous path control of the aerial munition. They are electro pneumatic actuated.
Airframe Facility
- Stretch forming equipment for forming dual contour, ogival profiles (half skins) for airframes. It has a capacity for stretching aluminium alloys (100T) and titanium alloys (400T).
- Complete In-house processing of bulkheads, Internal frame structures and stiffeners.
- Fully equipped with all necessary machinery and tools for airframe assembly.
- Class 100k Clean rooms for Electro-pneumatic-mechanical system integration and testing.
- All jigs and fixtures are designed and manufactured in-house.
